Springfield Domestic Abuse Support in South Lakeland is a Charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse through the provision of a refuge service for up to 7 women. We also provide a range of community support services through our community hub.  

Come and join our small dedicated, supportive and friendly team to make a difference to the lives of victims/survivors of domestic abuse. We are looking for people who are dynamic, compassionate and resilient, to work with our team to shape the future of our services.   

We are excited about recruiting to the following posts: 

Community Hub Manager – Kendal 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday £24,050 

Refuge Operations ManagerKendal 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday £27,000 FTE 

2 x Refuge Resettlement Support Workers – Kendal 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday £18,960 FTE

Community Hub Support Worker Kendal 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, £18,960 FTE  

All posts are subject to a pay review and will need to be flexible to work across both our Community Hub and Refuge if required.
