Domestic Abuse Support Worker
Role: Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering quality outcome focused 1:1 support sessions.
- Managing a caseload of clients, offering a specialist and holistic domestic abuse services to service users
- Co facilitating group programmes that promote healthy relationships, recovery, self-esteem and resilience.
- Managing referrals into the service, undertaking client interviews and assessments.
- Maintaining up to date risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures and appropriately responding to safeguarding concerns.
- Signposting clients to other beneficial partner agencies or services.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
- Performing any other duties deemed relevant to the post.
